Depending on where you live, in some states a Notary can perform a marriage ceremony. Any courthouse will do all of them can tell you where to get it done, just ask at the information window or clerk of courts office.

I got married by our city mayor, because all the judges at the courthouse were too busy (funny!). Mayors love to marry people. They are allowed by law to do so and not many people know they can. When I called up my mayor's office they got me in the next day. Try your city's mayor's office.

You can get married anywhere a long as the person preforming the ceremony is licensed and that you have a marriage license..you could get married in a McDonald's lobby..you just have to have the right person marrying you and the right paperwork.

You don't get your pick of court rooms.. you have to obtain a marriage license to be married.
Your question needs to be a bit more detailed..
If you just want to go before a justice of peace you call the clerk of court and they will give you instructions
when you marry in court what you get is what you get unfortunately..

You can be legally wed anywhere you just need someone who is ordained. It is super easy these days to get ordained. I think you can just get it online now. You will need to get wedding licenses though.
