well as you guessed my best friend likes me and i only see him as a freind and nothing more..but i like this one guy and the guy that i like hates my firned that likes me..if i date the guy i like would that guy come between me and my friend ship with my best frined that likes me?

The question is, What do YOU want?
Do you want to lose a friendship (and break a heart) to date a guy?
Do you want to keep a friendship, and someone who truly likes you for who you are, but who you aren't attracted to?
There needs to be some serious communication with both these two pals.

i went through the same thing once ... minus my crush hating my best friend! You have to be honest with your best friend and let him know that you only want to be friends, and you wouldnt want anything to happen to your friendhsip ... if u dated, and then broke up you guys probably wouldnt be as close if talk at all! As for your crush ... hunni best friends are hard to come by so keep em close. If anything ever happened with your crush and you, who would you go running to talk to about your problems ... because he wouldnt be there for you! It all depends on what you want ... but do u want a relationship or a friendship ... someone you know is always gunna be there for you, have a shoulder for you to cry on, make u smile when ur upset ... there are plenty of guys out there, and i think that a best friend is one in a million

You need to be gentle but honest with your best friend about your feelings. It won't be what he wants to hear, but if he truly is your best friend he will understand and still stick by you. As far as the other guy, what is it he has against your best friend? I am always cautious of someone who hates someone that close to me.

your friend will understand that you only like him as a friend and if you go out with that other guy you should tell him that he has to get used to the friend that he doesnt like or it wont work out between you to because that just isnt fair to you and your friend but mostly you could lose your friend ship and that will not be so good

even if you dont date the other guy, and if you really have no feelings for your best friend, expect to lose your best friend for some time...he'll need to get over you...
