That is one of the best questions that have been asked here. Why is it so easy for us to say all of the things we say about other people yet LOVE is hard to say. What should be easy for us is hard and what should be hard is easy. We are afraid of Love. Why? So many said rejection. Is rejection that big of a threat that we would not risk it to have the strongest power in the world? Maybe we are afraid of having something so good? We feel that we don't deserve love or that love is too complicated, confining or in short supply. Thus a vicious cycle has started long ago we withhold love because we fear it then we fear the lack of it in our lives. Thank you for the question.

Saying "I love you", can be hard for many reasons. First off, if you're truly not in love, than it could be your conscience telling you that you are not ready. Another reason could be that you are afraid of what the other person will think, and how it will affect your relationship. Just keep in mind that if you really do love someone, don't be afraid to tell them, because sometimes it can be too late if your true feelings are kept to yourself.

Well In my opinion.. I think you have to actually feel true love to say I love you. People just say it because it makes them feel better, but is that how you truly feel to that paticular person? It's might be 3 little words, but those words come from your heart, and releasing those words is just a really deep feeling to us. It's also, like the others said, feeling of being rejected and uncomfortable if you dont really love the person.

Saying I love you is really hard to say... I know. I think its so hard because saying I love you to someone is basically saying that you will commit to them... which mean that you think you can spend the rest of your life with them.... basically saying yes I would marry you.

with me,id find it a bit hard to say i love u and really mean it,if i didnt.im afraid of getting hurt.ive been hurt before by someone who claims he loves me with all his heart.if i tell someone i love them,then ill be thinking at times,maybe theyre gonna hurt me also.it shouldnt be that way though,i mean if u love someone u should just tell them.it doesnt always work out that way but i wish it did.saying I LOVE U are one three of the most important words in a persons life.we need to use it wisely.lata,and i hope my advice helped.

because it is the deepest feeling you will ever feel in your life it is the 3 hardest words you will ever say. it is the best feeling when you know the one you love loves you. I will say the time i felt the most love in my life is when I held my child that is love with out questions or doubts!!!!!!!!!!
