No it's not. It probably won't hurt you just this once but it's not good for your liver to have that much acetaminophen in your system. You have to be careful with medicines, even over-the-counter ones, and follow dosage insturctions.

I actually did the same once, but with Excedrin and a cold medicine that contained acetominophen. I'm a hypocondriact, so I called poison control...haha. Anyway, the lady asked me if I was depressed and all these other stupid questions making me feel like I tried to commit suicide with Tylenol, yeah okay. Anyway, she said I would be okay as long as it didn't happen very often. Too much acetominophen isn't good for your liver.

It's ok. Just be sure not to take over 2000 mgm tylenol in a 24 hour period. And don't take that much more than a couple days in a row. If you still have a headache or whatever, you can alternate with ibuprofen.

Be careful. Don't take anymore. Drink water. Those over the counter meds can really harm your liver when taken in excess. You should be okay though.

there is some acetamin. in excedrin, as well as aspirin and caffeine. It's no big deal, but don't do it all the time.

You should be OK. Take these medications sparingly - not great for your liver if you take them alot.
