a guy I've known for almost 2 years gave me a bouquet of 9 red roses, 3 white roses and 16 orange roses for my birthday. Is he trying to say something through the roses? What does the combination etc mean? Does he want to take our friendship to the next level?

Girl, don't be blind. This guy must have feelings for you. The rose is a sign of affection...of love. Don't turn him down. Why not do something special for him on Valentines Day?

He is trying to tell you that he still likes you. He expects a decent reply to this gesture.
