That is not too much to eat. If you eat too little, your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to the fat. You will lose weight, sure. But as soon as you go back to eating normally you will gain it all back. If that is all that you ate for one day and don't plan to eat any more than that is too little. You need to have a sensible dinner in there also. Good luck. Don't starve yourself to make it go quicker. Eating six small meals a day is a good way to lose weight along with exercise. And a small meal could be a piece of fruit, a boiled egg, a small bowl of cereal, a protein shake, cheese and crackers, a piece of grilled chicken with a small salad... you get the picture. That actually works better because it keeps your metabolism going. Combine that with exercise and you have a winner! If you want to lose a lot of weight quickly just exercise a lot and it will melt off like butter.

On a diet? That is not how to lose weight. Two bowls of cereal is not enough nutrition for you.
You have to eat healthy foods; lean meats like chicken or fish broiled, no fatty foods or junk foods, no sodas. Drink lots of water, eat veggies and fruits and have three good meals per day with snacks like apples or bananas.
Exercise is essenital to lose weight, walk daily for at least 20 minutes. That is the right way to lose weight.

The best way to lose weight is through cardio. Running will do miracles for you. As for food, make sure you're getting protein and carbs. If you knock out carbs, you'll lose a lot of weight fast, but as soon as you have any little carb you will balloon like mad, so make sure you keep carbs in your diet. Lot's of fluids like water are great too. But the best way to lose weight is running.

You have to eat! The best way to lose weight, is to eat small meals aka mini meals every four hours, exercise, and drink lots of water. Try to stay clear of foods high in sugar and fat. I'm sure you're beautiful just the way you are but Good Luck anyway!

Two bowls of cereal is not good enough. Everyone has issues with their weight. I get so angry with myself when I eat fatty foods. Its just something I do though. I love pizza. To accept yourself you need to be comfortable with yourself. I want you to eat healthy balanced diets. I know you have heard this before. I want you to eat fruit, meat, veggies, and carbs thoughout the day. Once you learn a healthy diet and you exercise you will be able to not only be thin but be healthy.
Its not fun to be thin if you aren't healthy enough to enjoy it.

It's not too much - it's not enough. Maybe 500 calories total? Your body needs at least 1000 calories daily to not go into "starvation" mode and start eating muscle and storing fat. Cereal, oranges and bananas are good healthy foods but you also need protein and you need more calories daily.

is that all you had today, thats even less then what i have and people say i eat like a bird. not too much at all even if it was 2 bowls of lucky charms you wouldnt gain but if it was whole grain you'll deffinally loose
