Eat lots of fats and carbs right before bed. Make sure you include plenty of simple carbs, such as sugars and white bread.

Carbs, Carbs, Carbs - you will gain weight VERY fast.

Please, though - don't gain weight too fast (as you've described in your question). Sudden and severe weight gain is very detrimental to your entire body.

im gonna tell u the same thing i tell my super skinny friends. go eat a cake or two and sit on the couch and watch tv.

just do what i did. sit on the couch, move as little as possible and eat fatty foods. why are you doing this????
