to muslims why did prophet Muhammad say those quotes?

"..if they put the sun on my right and the moon on my left to leave this cause (message of Islam) i wouldn't leave it until God appeare it or i will die without it"

I think that you have quoted incorrectly.
When Abu Talib, the uncle of the Prophet (pbuh), asked him to give up preaching Islam, then he (pbuh) replied.
The Prophets' eyes shed tears when he answered:
"Uncle, by Allah, if they put the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left hand to leave this matter, I will not leave it till Allah supports it or I perish for it."
