I would probably tell them. But most people don't really want to know and my hope in that case is that they would stop asking 'how are you?' out of habit. But you will find someone who has the time to listen if you reach out. Some people will notice you are not happy but they will think it's none of their business. Reach out and tell someone you love what is going on for you. They might help you see it another way or help you find an answer.

it depends if you trust the person or not. if its a best friend then sure tell them how u feel. but if its some random person thenif you really dont fell okay then well tell them if u want help. well like us our fellow yahooers(?) but if its parents (has neone ever noticed how hard it is to talk to parents about nething) if its ur crush well then it depends, (again) if u want them to no how u feel, so umm yeah i hope that that kinda helps but it may make no sense at all but if u want to talk about it then im here and so are fellow yahooers(once agian?) so heres my email he11o_beastie@yahoo.com

yes...but still, depending on the situation itself. usually i said yes...even though i'm not really ok. don't know why...maybe it's just me...don't want to hurt other people even i'm hurting myself.

i always use the famous excuse "just tired" or the half truth "i dont feel good" (wouldnt feel good emotionally)
but thats because i dont really want people to know whats wrong with me unless i want them to know

if it someone close to you then of course you are going to say yes.
but if its a co-worker or someone of less importance to you then of course you are going to say no.
