what happens is that when ever you eat these greasy foods they leave behind traces of plaque that build up inside a your arteries, in time this plaque will continue to grow until it clots and blocks blood and oxygen from going to the heart and the result can be fatal. this happens when we constantly eats these foods year after year.

Think of trans fat containing foods as if they contained a spice that you really detest. Every time you eat it you will taste it for a long while. With trans fats, they stick with you for a long time. It is best to avoid them.

It is a very slow build-up over time. It is best to avoid these. A little fast food never killed any1, but you should workout and make it a point to eat health. Nothing is 100%.
