ok i have a picture. and i made part of the shirt blue and the rest of the picture black and white. but to get the whole shirt to be blue, i have to do the color thing in 3 sections. but i'm not sure how. cuz like i've opened three different images and colored each section. but i don't know how to combine them into one image and so taht the whole shirt is blue.

Are you in Photoshop? If they are layers you have opened, select all layers, group all layers, flatten image. Now they are one.
