Having "cut" abs has two parts to it: 1. Tone your muscles with some good, regular ab exercises; 2. Stay in a healthy weight range. I get frustrated in the same way & find that the only time I have a "6-pack" is when I'm <10% body fat (higher for women). Good luck!

You can do all the sit ups you want but you need to do cardio and eat a very low fat diet to be as ripped as in the magazines! Keep in mind a lot of the pics in mags are touched up. If you maintian a lean diet, exercise cardio to keep lean and weights to tone along with your sit ups then you should be ripped for summer!
Good luck

do your situps first thing in the morning before breakfast, guarantied results,
make sure your eating lean meats with low carbs about 3 times a day with 2 protein rich snacks in between, DO NOT skip a meal, eat every 3 hours 5 times a day. it worked for me and i promise it will work for you.
