in my left arm at all, my right arm is strong but not that much. I do work out (cardio) and sometimes lift wieghts, but my arms dont get bigger. They look like noodles, I f i was to ever get attacked how could I fight back> It seems like all my strength is in my legs. I dont want to have no strength in my arms, how do I get some? Im 25.

lift weights. or afew dumbells.

You need to start strength training. You can start with press ups in the box position and then work your way to doing a full press up. It takes time, but you will get there, I promise!

Also using weights for your arms and working the various muscles groups in the arms will help to build up and strength your arms. Start with lower weights with high reps and gradually work towards using higher weights with low reps.

strength training for the upper body. push ups are easy and do not cost anything to do. start with five a day and build up from there. eat food that are high in protien to help build the muscle.
