Umm. It depends. You sound like you are talking about gurls as if they were objects or something you can get at a local store. If you are asking if you are more likely to find the woman of your dreams and someone you will eventually marry then I would say yes.

it just depends...in college you usually have more free time, by yourself, etc. but high school girls are more looking for a boyfriend in my opinion. in college a lot of girls want to hang with their friends, always partying, etc and also a lot may think you just want sex since a lot of guys in college are only about that. dont give up though, just dont try to be physical with a girl right away and she will trust u more

its BETTER to get with a girl in college than high school. You know that once you go to college its hard to be with that same girl in high school anyways. and plus, high school your last chance to be childish and immature. In college, you would have the BETTER relationships

Just because they are older doesnt mean maturity level and availability is any different in some cases.
If your success rate is same in high school and college, improve it by improving yourself.

well in general, yes.
only because you start new in high school and know one knows you as the kid theyve seen all their lives. you can create a new you and go for it.
plus, theirs a lot more people in college than high school, so more chances of getting to know someone you really like.
