Well its this easy to find out and always remember
6L times 61.02 = 366.12 Cubic inches.
now if you want to go from say 400 cubic inches to liters you take
396 divided by 61.02 = 6.4896 Liters or 6.5 Liters
400 and divide it by 61.02 = 6.5Liters.
This isn't EXACT but it is close enough for fast reliability.

To figure liters to cubic inches do this 1 litre = 61 cubic inches. 61 X 6.0 = 366 cubic inches
