Woke up Tues am very bloated and had stomach cramps. Cramps went away but now when I feel hungry it hurts my stomach after trying to eat. Since being in pain I find myself tightening up around my stomach. If I drink liquids I do ok but just eating something like a potato makes me feel like I ate way more than that. Am normally on acid reflux prescription but ran out so bought an over the counter med til I can get my prescription filled again. This OTC med not really helping but like I said I wasn't able to get my regular med filled. The pain is across my upper stomach which could be the large intestine but it's been four days now and still afraid to eat anything heavy. Any ideas or suggestions?

may be acid related... get back on regular med and this will probably correct itself.

confident. Ibuprofen certainly irritates the tummy and my aunt chanced in this out final year. She were taking Nurofen Plus some situations an afternoon on a daily basis for sort of ten years because of the fact she suffers from soreness in her hips and her well-being care expert cautioned that she took it at that cost. Then previous due final year, she became unexpectedly rushed to well-being middle with damaging soreness in her abdomen and it became out that taking all that ibuprofen had given her a abdomen ulcer. Luckly, she is high quality now yet confident, taking ibuprofen can play havoc. Paracetamol, like Panadol, is regular to be gentle on it however.

Don't laugh but have you pooped lately? I get that way when I haven't pooped in a couple of days. Try a good laxative and see if that helps. It beats going to the emergency room and being told, " Oh hon, you are just full of sh*t!" Lol! Seriously, I hope that's all it is for your sake. Good-luck!
