what is suppose to happen before there is a big peridime shift towards man,loveing man, fights back and good over comes the evils of the world.We as a species seem to be apathetic until our backs are against the wall,like a cornered lion.May be we just dont see the big picture and it is in the works already.I would like to think so being the optomist that i am

Well, another way to be optimistic is to remember that there has always been terroristic acts; it is no new thing. Also, global warming is probably not caused by humans (we just like to flatter ourselves by thinking we have that much influence over something as great as the weather/climate).

I wish I could agree with you but we may already too late to make any difference to global warming. Once the ice cap begins to melt and the perma frost begins to thaw the rotting tundra will produce enough CO2 to sustain a continued warming for as long into the future as it matters.

one thing throughout history is that people have always felt as though we were on the brink of this situation. the same way adults have always felt the next generation was lost. whether or not we really are on the verge of a change like this, i dont think anyone can pull themselves back far enough to see this big picture.
