In order for you to grow to your full genetic potential you need to eat healthful food and drink lots of water and avoid junk food, alcohol, tobacco and recreational drugs.

Drink plenty of milk - they give cows lots of growth hormones and it goes into the milk. My wife and I are short and our son is very tall, and he drinks 2 gallons per week (except when he has a cold or flu). You could also try lifting weights while inverted, but start slow because it can be dangerous. Surgery can be used to lengthen your legs. Also, stilts, high heels or tall shoes plus a high hair style.
