Any suggestions then let me know?........ I went to this psychic right? It changed my whole perspective on life, and now it leads me to this. Shamans, Kundalini, twiches, feelings i dont fully understand. Im like more spiritual than ever before and need help to controll it. I want to know if there are other people who may have experienced something, like this, out there? And what they did to help this kundalini awakening. Have you? What? when? how?answers.. Please. Kundalini is basically the female half of the divine creator or God. The female half creates the physical world of matter and the physical body. The masculine half of God is what we know as mind or consciousness. When kundalini awakens, she is intent on purifying our body and freeing us from our attachments and ego to be able to merge with Him and for them both to exist as a complete and unified whole within us, our human body and psyche.
The symptoms of twitching and jerking are prana or energy that can precede the actual awakening, as the energetic channels of the body are made ready for her to enter them. If you think of kundalini as the creatrix of matter, you will see that she is a force so potent that a cleansed and purifed body is necessary to be able to withstand her force.
