I used to get that all the time and finally figured out it was just gas and stuff from digestion.
If it's really bad take a tablet for wind or digestion (or maybe some enzymes) and you should notice a difference.
I thought it could have been diabetes because it seemed to be related to carb sugar but I got tested and that was all clear. Make sure you are tested for diabetes, pay attention to the foods you're eating, it could be your blood sugar.

If you're eating healthy, you might be eating things like broccoli and other high-fiber foods that make your stomach swell or stretch a bit.
It's like, when you eat a big meal right before you go to bed, you wak up starving.
Also, one thing to think about is, it's great to eat healthy, but your body does need some fat intake to absorb vitamins such as A, D, K, etc.
You'll notice that when you eat something with a bit of fat in it (like cheese, for example)...you probably don't get as hungry as fast as you do now. Find a good balance. Oh...and also drink as much water as you can.

One thing that I would suggest is trying to eat slowly. If you eat to quick your body will not register all the food eaten and will still show it being hungry. But if you eat slowly, your body will have time to recognize the food and digest. This will signal your brain that you are full. Also, try to eat foods that have fiber in them. Fiber takes longer to digest and will keep your body busy. If you are taking fiber in with other foods, it will slow down the digestion and feel much more filling. Hope this is of help.

Hello,
I would look at the types of food that you're eating. Try foods that are high in fiber like fruit and grains. These fill you up and have a lot less calories than sugary foods. Sugary foods rush through your system quickly and have you craving more sugars just minutes later...bad combo. Try foods high in fiber and see if that works.

You may just feel hungry and not actually be hungry. Try drinking more amounts of water instead of eating after you've already eaten and see if that helps.
