It's extremely hard to tell what the weather would be like in April in California, at least in So. Cal. During winter it'll be 80 degrees one day and raining the next with frigid temperatures. But usually, April is mild

It depends where you live in California. When I lived in the High Desert in the South of California it was always dry and in the 70's in April. Now I live right by the ocean in Northern California and it sometimes rains for weeks in April,..it just all depends where you live.

Sunny, warm, 70s, little or no rain. Of course it depends on what part of the state you happen to be in. Northern Ca. is always more moist than southern Ca.

Can you narrow it down to what part of Cali you are asking about? it's a big state.
It could be anything from snow in the mountains to blistering heat in the desert.

In SoCal, you can expect mild temperatures day and night but expect coastal cloudiness.
