a belly button piercing??? when i got mine done smiley (that was the dude's name) said to wash it everyday w/ dial antibacterial soap, twist it, & move it up & down. do this gently though! mine took longer to heal b/c of my damn seatbelt. just make sure u r aware of the activities u participate in b/c a slight nudge on a fresh piercing hurts like hell.

If you mean a bell button piercing, keep it clean with alcohol diluted with water, apply Neosprorin, turn the jewelry frequently, and DO NOT change the jewelry for at least 3 months. Some people's bodies will reject a different metal from the piercing. If you have problems, try jewelry made from titanium.
