Express yourself truthfully and confidently, no BS...your expression alone without the drama and stuff will be shocking enough if she hasnt already figured you like her more as a friend.
If you are looking to have a GF on the first date, you risk a lot since many arent looking to hook-up after first meeting. It is possible but the chances are slim. Take it slow and let her get to know you first, remember she is single and free to date others until she find the right one for her.

Maybe put something in the local paper about being her valentine.
Or send some flowers to her asking to meet you at a resturant or something.

u should ask her and dont tell your friends in these things u cna't trust anyone cuz they might tell her and u know how rumors go so if she says no get over it and if yes u r in luck
