well low fat ice creams are available and I tried Edys and it was good so was their frozen yogurt. Soy milk ice cream is also good I cant think of the brands i tried but it was good.

You can also buy your fav fruit yogurt and freeze them, i do that a lot. I eat Stonyfield, but Breyers and and Whips (I think that Yoplait) yogurt are the best to freeze they stay creamy.

Always check for sugar content and make sure it has real sugar and not artificial sugars, colors and flavorings.

Hope that helped I'm going to eat some Butter Pecan now not low fat though :(

Braum's tends to have alot of good low-carb and low-fat icecreams and they taste awesome! The flavors range from Coffee chocolate chip to dutch chocolate to plain old vanilla! Of course, this avaliability would depend on where you live...because Braum's aren't everywhere...sadly...However, if you ever see one, stop by and try it!
