less than $100, most shops charge $100 per hour. it's less than an hours work add 15 % for a tip

This is what happens when someone asks the price question. You get such a huge range of answers that it is not at all helpful.

Find a reputable artist and bring it in there and get a price that way. It is the only way to do it. A tip is always appreciated as well.

Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good.

some places price by the hour or the size! I would say around 80 to 100, maybe more!
