I was at the store, and I couldn't find the lemon zest cookies they use to have. I love them! But, it has been a while. Just wondering. They were lemon cookies, and they also had a lemon powdering on them.

I love lemon zest and I wish I knew exactly what you're looking for but try the two ref's below. The first one might be it -plus the page gives other possibilities. The second one from South America sounds spectacular. I'm going to try it myself.
