The Devil in his aspect of Lucifer the Angel was God's very first creation and supposedly God's most perfect and beautiful of all angels ever made... so if all things created by God have God in them so too the devil.
In fact, in the Bible... Book of Job chapter 1 verse 6, God called upon all "Sons of God" to come before him... guess WHO was among the line-up? You got that right.... SATAN was among the sons of god....

God is at every point in time, space, and matter. This does not mean that God is in the metaphysical realm of every heart. Also remember that God is not in the business of forcing himself onto anyone. In the Bible, God only enters the hearts of those who accept him. It is voluntary. God does not violate the free will of individuals. The Bible says that an individual can grieve the Holy Spirit, and he will leave.
In light of the argument above, God does not live inside the Devil.

He is inside him because he created the devil so he will be with him as he can penetrate whatever defenses what the devil has put up. But really should we wonder about God and the Devils combat which will end in the devils destruction?

God made him. Therefore, I suppose some part of Him is there, just as there is still a part of God in the humans who rebel against Him. You can't get away from God, even the devil can't, because in the end, all redounds back to His glory. Even the devil serves God- even if he doesn't mean to. And even the devil must obey God's command.

There is no Devil. The devil/devils are an imaginary not-so-friendly friend invented by the Christian religion to keep the Pope from having to say 'boogie men'. Although, there are plenty of beings willing to role-play the part for you, if that is your desire.
