Pennyroyal and Kava both can be used as sedative teas, however, both are fairly powerful in this effect, you will not want to drink large amounts.
Also, pennyroyal oils can trigger spontaneous abortion, and you never know how much oil may end up in the leaves you make your tea with -- DO NOT DRINK ANY AT ALL if you are pregnant, suspect you may be pregnant, or are trying to get pregnant.

It's not terribly easy to find, but Red Tea is very tasty, naturally sweet, and has no caffeine.
It technically isn't tea because it comes from an African Red Bush, but it's very tasty. A company called Teavana sells it - I prefer the tea with peaches in it. (I was never a fan of chammomile)

I drink "Sleepy time" tea. It relaxes me enough to help me fall asleep. And, "Tension Tamer" is really good too. I drink this a lot during the day when I get stressed out. It really works! You can get it at any grocery store. Celestial Seasonings puts it out. Try it, you'll like it!

To get relaxed, but not sleepy, I generally drink "Zen" tea by Tazo. It's got a great minty flavor that's very calming. You can find out more about Zen tea, or their other flavors, and where to find them on the Tazo website.
Good luck!

Try Camomille tea. This is very soothing, but is an herbal tea so it has a strong scent. My favorites are Green tea (light in taste, full of antioxidents) and Ceylon Orange Pekoe (sweet, and soothing)
Good luck and enjoy

Just go the store, and look in the tea aisle. The box usually tells you if it is relaxing, that way you can pick your favorite flavor.

Chammomile tea with honey. You could also add a shot of kava kava to it (it usually comes in an extract form or is sometimes available as a tea itself), that stuff is really relaxing, it honestly works.

You can go to any grocery store and find chamomile tea (did I spell that right?) get it really warm and add a tablespoon or so of honey, to your taste. It is good for you and tastes great, a cup of it soothes you. I also drink it if I am cold, or stressed or even sad. It just makes you feel better. Good luck.
