Would Easter dress colors work? I've picked up dresses at 50 to 75% off a week or so after at just about any department store. It's what my girls wore to be their uncle's flower girls.

Try a regular department store like Sears, Macy's or JC Penney. I believe all three will let you order online. David's has nice dresses, but they will cost you more than a non-bridal store.
I made a huge mistake with my wedding and took the advice of the flower girl's mother and let one of her friends (who was a professional seamstress) make the dress. I hated the way it turned out because the girl's mom changed the design behind my back (she changed the pattern AND the material so her daughter could wear it to other occasions) and it definitely looked like someone's friend made it, and with the labor it actually ended up costing MORE than it would have had I gotten a nicer dress from David's Bridal.

This is a idea i can give you. And this is what I did with my flower girl dresses. I went out to the town and looked at all the store that chines people sale clothing in. Well guess what i found there the same dresses they have on ebay for $55 well I found them for $25. All YOu have to do is go out there and look at all the little store that you never go to and you might just find them. Good Luck

Go to any department store during the easter sales. Dresses that can be used as flowergirl dresses will be everywhere! I like these the best because they're the little girl dresses, not the mini-bride dresses, which I don't like.

You will be able to find a beautiful white dresses really soon with spring and easter just around the corner. Everyone will have them (walmart, target, department stores) and you might even get lucky and get one for really cheap on the clearance racks right after Easter.

Overstock.com might have something.
Why not eBay? They sell new stuff there? That is the first place I would look.
