This guy likes to do odd things with his hands to me. And they are meanning things like sex. Should i ask him out and ask why he does that or what should I do.

Why would he touch you like that if he doesn't really like you? This guy would prob. be a COMPLETE waste of your time if u started dating him, because he's just going to use you. MOVE ON

well, i think this guy is just a tool! But the question is, do you enjoy it when he does that? If not tell him to stop, and if that dosn't work then you should move on. I mean I havnt been in your spot before but he is just using you for his pleasures
