Make sure you get enough sleep, eat well balanced meals, and drink plenty of water. Sometimes eating junk makes you tired or if you are dehydrated you become tired. Also you may want to take a walk or do some sort of physical activity when you feel tired to get the blood flowing.

There are a number of reasons to be sleepy all the time.

First, I would recommend going to physician and getting your blood tested to check for mainly anemia (missing iron in your system).

Maybe you are sedentary, so you could just do something that makes you sweat a bit for 30 minutes 3 times a week.

Or you don't sleep enough, 8 hours of sleep should be your aim.

It's your basic eat right, sleep well and exercise speech. Sleepiness is a consequence of something... better treat the disease then treat the symptoms.

Green tea, Black tea, coffee and Guarana (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guarana) are all 'natural' energetics.

Consider having a sleep study done by a Pulmonologist, especially if you snore. Sleep apnea is often a cause of being sleepy all the time. There are ways to cure it (including losing weight). I had sleep apnea and never knew it till I told my family doctor about my sleepiness and the symptoms sounded like sleep apnea. Check out this quick 6 question test.

Get some more iron in your system. Low iron levels cause sleepiness. Iron helps your blood's hemoglobin carry oxygen--and no oxygen means being sleepy and tired all the time. Try an iron supplement. Chronic lack of iron is known as anemia. While anemia is more common in women (due to our periods) men are susceptible too.

you need to eat healthy meaning lots of fruits+ veggies, lean protein, whole grain products, get exercise and 8-10 hours a day of sleep a day. Go to bed before midnight. The more hours of sleep you get before midnight, the more energized you would feel the next day.

I would suggest you get a full 8 hours of sleep and take vitamins! If you work an odd shift, minimize distractions such as the phone and visitors..... hope this helps! :)

Get enough sleep. Also, go and get a physical. If you are sleeping but you still always feel tired, perhaps there is a medical reason.
