Virginity is not a state of mind because in that case a woman who has slept with 500 guys can still be a virgin.

Well, not really. If you were raped, you were simply raped. That's not called intercourse, because you weren't having sex, you were being raped.
Furthermore, rape doesn't feel like sex. It is a different action...
Once again, if you were raped as a virgin, you are still considered a virgin, because you have yet to have sex, the real sex.

Technically i guess so, but girls can pop their cherry by putting in a tampon. Virginity is more a state of mind and it is a definition of something you have never experienced before. So now, rape did not take that away from you.

If you were a virgin when you were raped then yes you did, physically and medically speaking but emotionally and mentally you can still be a virgin because you didn't have sex willingly.
