It is a jar of buffalo sauce ,and its sealed bottle , but is it ok to bring it from the USA to Ireland ? Or would it come under the rule that you cannot bring food to another country ?

As far as we're aware, it should be OK to transport a sealed bottle from the US to Ireland, but remember the security regulations..... it'll have to go in your checked luggage, so be sure it's well packed.

I have always been able to bring canned food (meat and other) to europe (France and UK)
If in doubt check with a International shipping company or UPS or FEDEX who will know of any food regulations.
