i downloaded the software Google sketch up with the help of a torrent search but the file is not opening as an archive or in the windows explorer and is being opened as a .rar file how do i open the archive???

Open the file with WinRAR (www.rarlabs.com)-
RAR is basically another form of a compressed (ZIP) file.. but WinZip does not open it

you might try uninstalling the software and then download and reinstall it again . sometimes with downloads you dont get the whole download . hope this helps
