Nothing will be 5 seconds, yes if you close your eyes and concentrate for some time, you will be bad(works) thinks first, what you did earlier to another human. and very good works you did.
every human may honest and shut eyes & concentrate daily at sleeping time and think what i do today good or bad to another humans.
i think its help us for we do not do bad works
