I have the same problem. The dr said the lining in my nose was thin so when I get dehydrated or hot the lining just splits and I get some horrible nosebleeds. I keep a humidifier going at home when I have to have the heat on in winter and make sure I stay hydrated. That seems to help. But if you get them so frequently you might need to go to the dr and get some blood work done because you could have something else wrong with you. Good luck getting this to stop...I know how bad it is to have this going on!

Drink lots of liquid and stay hydrated. It can also help to buy some nasal saline and use it. It helps keep the nose and nasal passages moist. Avoid caffeine as it can dehydrate you.

Go invest in a bottle of saline nose spray, like Ocean. They are good for keeping moisture in your nose and can be used whenever you feel your nose drying out.
