this might sound really gross but try serving rouqfort with just a little blob of honey, someone i was working with said to try it and it is fantastic even people who don't like honey have really loved it, i don't eat it any other way now

melt some into some alfredo sauce and serve it with your favorite pasta and a wege of lemon. Or put it on a big juicy burger, when it is even just slightly warm it takes the edge off, I love blue cheese so much with tomato soup, I just crumble it ontop as a garnish and it melts in, yummmy!

Get a fillet steak cook and serve with a slice of blue cheese and cooked pear on top. You have a sweet and sour combination then.
