Yeah, it is starting to wear thin after over a month of this. I mean there are other Drivers, other stories. There is so much more to NASCAR then just Jr.. I recognize that Jr. is the most favored and recognized Driver in NASCAR; but the sport is really taking a huge hit right now with so much attention on him and an utter neglect by the Press of the other Drivers.
I do however like that ESPN has all but side stepped the Jr. drama and dealt primarily with the other Drivers and the other Stories involving NASCAR. But ESPN is just returning to the game and most Fans have not yet plugged in to what ESPN is doing.
If NASCAR, Jayski, Speed, and the other Media outlets don't start paying attention to the other Drivers, the Fans will lose interest, the Sport will lose revenues, and NASCAR will take a dive.
There are other Drivers and their Fans want to hear about them for once this Season.

Drama? Maybe you are not quite getting what this is all about. If Teresa doesnt give in, it could mean the end of DEI. Did you hear that? The end of all the work Dale Sr did to ensure his family would have this team for there lifetime. Dale Sr will roll over in his grave if Teresa doesnt give Jr 51% or more of the ownership for DEI. She better realize that without Jr there is no DEI. It's not TEI, it's DEI. This could be NASCAR history in the making and is the biggest news story in NASCAR. It would be very unfortunate if Teresa doesnt get smart REAL fast and give Jr majority ownership. She was only married to Dale. Jr is his son. Blood is thicker. We'll have to wait and see i guess. I hope she does the right thing.

As a Dale Jr fan we are concerned with what is happening with our favorite driver. If this was happening to any other driver then that drivers fans would want to know what was going on.
It's not Dale Jr's fault that the media is taking this and running with it. If Theresa didn't want for it to become a public spectacle then she should have kept it behind closed doors BUT it was Theresa who called Dale Jr out first...she drew first blood and Dale Jr has every right to defend himself.
The reason why this is such a huge deal is because it concerns the future of not only Dale Jr but also of Dale Earnhardt Incorporated (DEI). If Dale Jr leaves then it is the end for DEI because he is the reason why they have been able to last this long.
All Dale Jr wants is part ownership of the company that his father started for Jr and his siblings. Theresa doesn't care about racing..she just cares about the money that she's making off of her late husbands name. She needs to give Dale Jr what he wants before he leaves and makes another team even bigger.
As for those who are complaining about all of the Dale Jr coverage...if you see them talking about Dale Jr...TURN YOUR FREAKING TV! NOBODY IS FORCING YOU TO WATCH IT!

Personally, no. I so much would rather hear about Dale Jr. taking a stand against his stepmother and gaining control of a multi-million dollar enterprise that bears his fathers name.
I guess more interesting Nascar fodder would be all of Kurt Buschs' plastic surgery, Jeff Gordons incessant whining, and lest we forget Juan Pablo Montoyas' grand debut in Nascar.
I wish all the Jr. haters would just get over themselves.

in case you seem heavily, he surely has canines-like good factors! yet besides...the information continually alternatives the juiciest subjects/human beings to hound on. this is merely the way it rather is and could continually be! Now i'm bored stiff in listening to approximately Britney!! Take the infants off of her and be executed with it already! supply them to the grandparents...consistent with probability they'll do superb this time around because of the fact Britney and Kevin did no longer prove so properly!

Isn't that what NASCAR is about these days anyway? Drama...look at the commercials for it? Watch as the drama of NASCAR unfolds?

I'm not Jr fan, still skim over all the drivers situations. It's like any pro sports-millionaires and their stubbed toe.

Boo-Hoo. Another cry session has been started. If your tired of hearing about it.....then change the channel. Do you think for one second Nascar and the media is going to listen to any of us about what and who gets coverage? Sorry to say it, but you are stuck listening to what they want to report and not what YOU want reported!
Hey DK - "i used to be a fan of his when no1 liked him back in like 1998-2000" WTF are you saying? He didn't have any fans as a Busch Series driver? I've been following him as a Busch driver.
