I presume that you are talking about Pryor and Arguello and the reason is watch the fight its an all time classic. You cant even argue.
And how much respect should anyone who can put Arguello away twice recieve

Arguello was fighting Pryor who was the champ in a heavier division. Even though Alexis was in the downside of his career, in this two fights with Pryor, he was probably in the best condition of his career. He lost both fights because Aaron was simply much more stronger than him. He cant dance so he was an easy target. Some say that Arguello was the ideal fight for Pryor who is a brawler.

It's ok to cheat and beat up a jerk like Tyson. But what Pryor and Lewis did to Arguello was criminal. Ray Leonard and Hearns ducked Pryor for a reason: they both knew he was fighting on coke. Notice that Holmes also refused to fight a few heavies from his era as well. My guess is that Larry didn't want to fight Michael Cokes.

I remember that fight, watched it on tv,,,i could't belive prior won,,, anyway, the testing after the fight reveled that prior had inhachment drugs in him, the fight was to be declaired a no win for prior, but i never heard if it happened, i would like to know to...

Pryor was a very underated fighter at the time.Alexis was on the downside of his career.
