First make sure the couch has descent set of at least 12" wheels with rubber tiers , some thing like the wheels of a wheelbarrow, being an engineer put a couch on a go-cart or for that mater stretch the go-cart welding extension pipes remove the springs of the couch and camouflage the cart with the pillows , set one part of the couch solid so some one can seat leisurely wile another one semi hidden drives the go-cart
