It's normal. My 5 year old is having the same problem. Her front tooth is loose and the permanent tooth is erupting. Her dentist said not to worry until it was about 1/2 way out. At that point with the baby tooth out, the tongue will push it into place.

Yes its normal for the teeth to start growing in the back, if the baby tooth is loose. I had my 2 bottoms front teeths like that and my teeth is the best teeth i've seen. I'm not bragging but I'm trying to say i don't think it will damage anything.

yes it is normal, and once the baby tooth is gone the permenant tooth will take its place within 2 to 4 weeks, so u can wait till it shedd or go to a dentist to get it out.

This is pretty common, however if her primary teeth are not loose I would recommend having them removed. The permanent teeth can come in very crooked if there is a baby tooth in their way. Hope I helped!

This is bad. When I was small the same thing hapened to me.You should go to the dentist .They will put a need el in the guns and then yank it out.Yes,I will hurt really bad.If the tooth is behind they won't look as good.If you do it now, your child might not have braces. The tooth will grow behind so it won't look good.

Both of my kids had this problem. You will need to take him/her to a dentist to have the baby tooth removed. Instead of pushing the old tooth out it grew behind. Oh yeah, good news. He/she will prolly need braces because of this growth pattern. (at least thats what my children's dentist told me)
