Pickled Venison Heart
1 med. onion
Pickling spices
Add salt to hot water until it wont absorb any more
Add 3/4 tblsp pickling spices (more or less to taste)
Slice onion in and add to salt water
Add heart and cover with liquid.
Keep heart submerged over night 8-12 hours remove from liquid and cook like corned beef

I have never heard of such a thing. Have you actually eaten a pickled deer heart before? I have never even heard of pickled cow/goat/chicken etc. hearts!

We used to make those every year after deer hunting... they were pretty good, as I remember, but I don't have the recipe. Have you tried Google?

a million = Durian #2 = large uncooked Salmon Fish Eggs - Salmon Roe Sushi. those large ones i don't love it after I chew it & it in basic terms burst interior the mouth with a lot fishy juices its over whelming. don't love it.
