No i wouldnt. Why? Because a wedding gown is VERY imporant. You want to buy that from a reputiable store that cares about the product they sell. A random person on ebay may sell you a STAINED dress, a ripped dress, a STOLEN dress, etc. And guess what? You probably wont get a refund and will be stuck with something that may not be worth it. Also maybe it is a USED dress. Would you want to buy a dress from a woman who may have had SEX in it and then sold it without having it dry cleaned? I am not trying to be negative but think about it, seriously. This isnt just ANY dress. It is suppose to be the best dress you will ever own. One you want to treasure. Dont risk wasting money on ebay when you can shop online from real bridal shops or you can visit a local bridal shop. Here is a good real bridal shop:
www.houseofbrides.com out of chicago, IL. You can order online or visit the store in chicago.

Or visit a david's bridal

I bought mine on eBay - still had the new tags on it! I looked and looked and looked in stores and couldn't find the one. I surfed on eBay and picked mine up for $75. The moment I saw it I knew it was the one! It even fit me perfect with no alterations - was just out $100 more to have it professionally steamed. That was one of the keys to getting my wedding done for less than $1,800 for 100 people!

I made sure the seller had good feedback and bought the insurance so I could return it if it wasn't what I wanted. If you're opposed from getting it on eBay, don't do it - but if you need to save some major money and you're willing to do the research, I'd so go for it. Didn't hex my marriage and everyone commented on how beautiful the dress was! (Got my flower girl's dress there, too!)

No, I didn't either! I spent $100 at David's bridal on an ugly gown that was too large so that i could have it altered to an original gown that I designed. The alterations cost $300 and I was more extremely pleased with the outcome!

very well it is the aspect like the first female suggested there are some large time negative aspects in doing this. make certain this individual is a respected individual on ebay ask questions with regard to the dress why she is promoting it is a few thing incorrect with it or is it only a sparkling dress all mutually. I watched this one wedding ceremony educate (My large Redneck wedding ceremony) and the female ordered her dress on line also and ordered a length 28 were given a length 8 and grow to be completely screwed because they wouldnt take it again! in case you want adjustments Davids Bridal gained't do them till you get the unique receipt i study someone on the following had suggested. Which i trust it is actual. be careful besides the undeniable fact that.

To quote Weird Al: "I got it on eBay." And it worked out GREAT! My gown was originally a $750 dress...I got it for 1/10 that price! It needed minor alterations and cleaning, but hey....at $75 I could afford it.

If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't even hesitate.

Words of advice: ALWAYS look at the seller's feedback. If they have negatives read what was written and do NOT be afraid to ask questions regarding the incident. Also, don't be afraid to ask for more pictures... If the seller hedges on either point, move on.

I bought My wedding Dress on e-bay
I was looking for dresses with some color in the I looked in bridal stores and I couldn't find anything that I REALLY liked and the ones I did like were VERY VERY over priced for my budget they were like $2000-5000. so I looked on Ebay and I found the dress of my dreams it was 250.00 shipped to me!!
I live in Canada My dress came from Hong Kong It took only 12 days to be delivered to me!!
It Was Brand new in the plastic bubbly Wrap
But as someone said before ask Questions before you buy
Good Luck Happy bidding if you choose to buy on ebay

I tried on a Maggie Sottero in the store, and it was over $1,000. I found it on ebay "brand new with tags" listed by an online store with 100% postive rating. I won it for $450! I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought my wedding dress from David's Bridal.
I don't shop online so I would not buy a wedding dress on ebay.

No, I didn't. I bought mine at a bridal show. I have seen some great deals though on Ebay, and I probably would sell mine there.
