We have strong intelligence evidence which indicates that Saddam has an arsenal of Weapons of Mass Destruction. Saddam denies having said weapons and refuses to allow NATO inspections of his weapon making facilities.
then next week;
We are here to liberate the Iraqi people from the oppressive government. We must spread freedom and liberty to the people of Iraq.
a month later;
We are fighting the terrorists in Iraq so that we don't have to fight them on American soil. The terrorists are coming to Iraq to fight and our plan is working.
later on;
We are training Iraqi law enforcement to take over so that we may gradually begin pulling our people out and leave a secure, united leadership in place.
now;
Our mission must not fail. We came to do a job and we have to see it through. It may take many years to accomplish but we must prevail.
Well that's what I was told. Whats your reason??

When you start out with 'don't you realize why' it usually means that you know and are about to tell us. Do you know? if so, tell us.
I think that its part of an offensive in the War of Terror - America are trying to strike out at what they believe will be the future components of the Islamist State- They've attacked Afghanistan to try and take out the leadership, and they attacked Iraq in an attempt to weaken the support. The next steps might be more attacks on predominantly Muslim countries, or a direct assault on Iran- which is already an Islamic state. I'm in no way condoning this war- i'm just saying that this might be a real reason behind the invasion.

Don't you and 300 million dumb *** Americans realize,
if you want to drive your SUV's at 8 miles per gallon,
live in 2000 sq ft house, keep it warm in the winter, and cold
in the summer OIL IS GOLD.
You ***** and complain about 3 dollars a gallon, while europe pays 8. Canada pays 75 cents more a gallon then we do,
but they are 100 pct self sufficient.
YES IT MIGHT BE OIL. But Bush is not getting any richer than you if you bought oil stocks instead of 4 dollar packs of cigs..and
6 dollar 12 pk beer.
It seems to me..any President that was not a demo would be
attached to the oil. So they cant win regardless.
But demos can make millions and its perfectly acceptable.
I don't think Bush is making any money by being in Iraq.
To think so just explains your stupidity.
But one day...Americans will demand that we do in fact invade the middle east and seize the oil fields...
I am a Proud American, but I am no spoiled *** brat to anything.
I don't ***** about 3 dollar a gallon gas and let my SUV idle for hours during the week.
