Timothy McViegh wasn't a suicide bomber but he killed a lot of people. He was a Christian, or at least he apparently thought so. HItler advocated the killing of millions and he was a Christian, or at least he apparently thought so. Both of these men can be identified as Christian by the same logic that any Middle Eastern terrorist can be identified as Muslim. But a lot of Christians appear to be believe they can have good and bad people while people of another religion can all be bad. It simply isn't logical.
Actually, I can't be absolutely sure there aren't any Christian suicide bombers, a lot of Palestinians are Christians, and Israel treats the Palestinians as second class citizens. Do they check and see if they are Muslims first? How? I honestly don't know if Christian Palestinians hate Israel too, but it wouldn't surprise me if some of them do.

First of all suicide in Christianity is viewed as a ticket straight to hell. So based just on that Christians wouldn't commit suicide as other cultures do that do not hold the same ideas of suicide.
However a religion doesn't have to take and be that extreme to be dangerous. Have you examined what the impact of secioty is for people to run around thinking that they do not have to be accountable for what they do? Only that they have to say Jesus forgive me?
Or How many Christian Wives & or Children are beaten by their Husband / Father then hear, "See what you made me do?" This is a prime example of someone passing the buck of responcibility for their actions off on the person whom they hurt!
Much like the Christian God will be when he condemns people to hell just because they weren't part of the correct religion!

Because the Christian faith is differant to the Muslim faith. Islam is not just a religion, it's a culture, and suicide bombers (not that I support them) do so because they believe so much that they're right and their beliefs are so deep that their willing to give up their lives. It could be said, however, that Christians focus their energies outwards, in wars, genocide and missionaries and such.

OK, well, I'm Christian. No, I haven't heard of any, but in the past Christians did commit some atrocities as well. Most of the religions have! People who take religion too seriously go overboard, and then essentially do not even follow the religion anymore.

no longer all Muslims , of path. prefer them lifeless. no longer all Atheists would evaluate it offensive to poke exciting at Richard "notably developed extraterrestrial beings would desire to have seeded the planet " Dawkins. he's a quite elementary purpose. i like some Gingers and discover the Ginger comments completely irrelevant. I truly wish no Ginger Terrorists enlist in a militia with reason to do actual harm. If some thing terrible happens to the writers, that is going to likely be complicated to appreciate which indignant team did the act . Pray for them as in basic terms a stable atheist can.

Christians believe that suicide will send them to hell.
That is not to say that Christians have never killed in the name of Christ. The Crusades are just ONE example. There is also the fact that many (by no means all) look at the war in Iraq as killing the non-Christians in the name of Jesus.

How do you know their arent? To call yourself christian doesnt mean you know the truths of reality. To know God is different than believing in It. And I mean In as in a cat goes IN a box, We know ourselves, and we believe inside this reality. There is no such thing as a spiritual war. Religion is only dangerous if you cant live without it. Build your treasures in heaven, therefore your soul will be there also, build them on earth and you wont be able to leave.

First of all, one of the 10 Commandments states that "Thou shalt not kill." If a person commits suicide, then he is killing him'herself, firstly.
The human body is a temple, according to 1 Corinthians 6.
Secondly, Jesus taught that we are to "love our enemies."
By LOVE, Jesus does not mean that we need to "hang out" with those that hate us, it only means that we need to treat them the same as everyone else.
LIKE DOES NOT EQUAL LOVE

Because they think suicide is wrong? So they'll just cause other deaths another way and delay going to hell by living the rest of their life?
