Today I went to the hair dresser, I got layers and had my hair flat ironed for first time, I need to look just as it is now for Sunday. I need suggestions on how to keep it looking straight as it is til Sunday.

Is your hair normally dry or oily?
If it is oily but straight you can wash it, but be careful, when you get out of the shower take a comb to it and put moose in it. Dry your hair with the comb, don't use your fingers USE THE COMB.
If you have curly, dry hair you can wait to wash it till Sunday afternoon.
When you get up in the mornings from now till then, smooth your hair down with either some gel or hairspray. On Sunday smooth it down then use a shiner to really make it look good.

Baby powder will do the trick. Just don't use too much. Unless of course you have really oily hair - then you'll just have to wash it. You may have to use some baby powder tomorrow and then more on Sunday.

After you take a shower blower your hair - really really dry. Then use a straightener after you blowered your hair, do it again until Sunday. I tried it and it worked well.

My mom uses a satin pillow slip and that helps at night. It can't be flannel or cotton. Hairspray during the day.

Use baby powder on your scalp. Rub it in gently, it absorbs the oils in your hair but won't make it totally limp and brush it as usual.

i would rewash it on sunday....buy a flat iron and do it yourself....otherwise it will look greasy

Do not wash your hair! If you wash it, it will go all CRAZY or buy a flat iron!!!!!!!!!!!
