I cant tell you the cost but I can tell you what happens.
You sit in a chair or lay on a couch, the lights may be dimmed and you are asked to focus on a point (could be a watch, or a picture...can be anything) and the therapist will talk quietly to you. You will feel warm and sleepy and then the therapist will talk and ask you about things that have happened. When its done you remember everything and feel relaxed and happy.

If you're familiar with hypnosis, then you've no doubt heard of Master Hypnotist Steve G. Jones. His book, "Ultimate Conversational Hypnosis" has been voted as the best hypnosis course ever made. The book is also available in electronic format at: http://www.hypnosistocontrol.net

If you want to get an edge in everyday communication and lead other people towards your goals this is a must read.

costs vary... you can get a quote for a session before you go.
Hypnosis is just a "relaxed, focused" state of the brain. It allows you to be suggestible to the hypnotist... the hypnotist should be suggesting you remember and not suggesting memories or else he/she might be planting them there. Good luck.

I went to a psychologist who was also a hypnotherapist. The problem was a friend of mine died but before she died she called me a asked me to do a bunch of things for her. I was asleep when I got the phone call. The shock of her death made me forget the particular things she asked me to do for her; so I went to a hypnotherapist to see if we could get my subconscious to remember what my friend had said to me.

It did not work.

Sometimes the "memories" that are divulged during these sorts of sessions are not really real. I would steer clear of that sort of thing for repressed memories, psychologists love them because it costs a lot to do it and they get all gooey on the aspect of maybe they can publish a paper or book on the experience you have.

I had an identical venture as a baby. i might want to no longer take pills. it really is how I were given over it: even as i change into about 10 years previous my older brother guess me that i might want to no longer swallow a primary M & M sweet without chewing it first. because I loved M & M's I at modern-day swallowed one using water to bathe it down. After that i realized that all I had to do change into imagine of a clinical pill as an M & M (virtually all drugs might want available with a troublesome sugar coating like an M & M). try it - it worked for me!
