She is not in that area anymore and hasn't been since birth from the info i have. I'm not sure which country she is in. It's a long shot asking on here but hey it's world wide so it's worth a try!! I am currently trying other areas so i should pull up something.

If she was adopted and had an "open" adoption then usually the agency will tell you. However, Smith is a common name and it is difficult to find the right one--the proverbal needle in a haystack. Good Luck my dear
