Yes it is! It is Lincoln's b-day and its observed by some schools and state and federal employees... At least in NJ

All the court houses will be closed along w/ some schools! Yooohoooo! and then on the 19th we will be closed for President's day too

Not anymore. The put both birthdays together so President's Day is the holiday that we get off for everything. I think it's in a couple weeks.

iz "d*** iz monday day." that's the holiday where almost everyone goes around groggy because the week just started and they want to go back home and go to sleep.
