I think your a bit too young but im no one to tell you what not to do, but just as an advise, be careful and dont date yet, enjoy your young years!! they wont come back...and i would say that a good place to chill out would be at a bowling alley, invite a group of friends, have older people take you, may be a sister or brother and im sure you'll have fun, even if you dont know how to play the game, which sometimes makes the game even more fun.!!
If that doesnt do it, go to the park and take a walk, talk and get to know each others as friends. Have an ice-cream, something...then talk about each other, like your getting to know them...which you are ^-^ ~ ~ Hopes that helps you !

Sweetie, you are 11. Be friends. Date when you are 16 and old enough to a) go places with out your parents and b) begin to understand A LITTLE about human relationships and dating.
If you still need to date... go to the park. IN THE DAYTIME... or play video games.

I'm 11 also. Don't ask him out. Be his friend until you guys are 16. Then you or him asks the other out then hopefully, both of you would have a car or drivers licenses.

How about inviting him over to meet your parents and have dinner? Actually, you are too young to be asking anyone out or going out with anyone. I know you think you'ire 20, but you're not, so please wait a few years. Show this to your mother and see what she says.
